The lines were frozen so we had to thaw them out before we started
We boil the sap until it is 5 degrees above boiling. It becomes syrup at 7 so we finish it in another pan.This is the pan
This is when it gets to 7 degrees above boiling it does this thing called "Sheeting" That's when its done.
We pour it out in the bucket and dump it into the bottler
